Partnering with lending and portfolio management teams throughout the lending lifecycle, the team establishes and maintains the governance, frameworks and oversight that support consistent lending decisions, effective portfolio management and effective restructuring across all of Private Credit's lending strategies.  </p> <p><strong>Credit & Risk team members</strong> work collaboratively across credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, restructuring, recoveries and assurance, providing specialist expertise across
