About the Role We're looking for an Associate People Partner to provide broad-ranging HR support out of our London office. Our London team is primarily Go-to-Market, so you'll get the most hands-on exposure to GTM: coaching sales and CS managers, supporting a commission-eligible population, and helping a revenue org scale. But this is a true generalist role: you'll also own broad-ranging HR work across every function in the office, not just GTM, and you'll get exposure to the full employee lifecycle as we build our People function in the UK from the ground up. You'll work closely with managers and employees on everything from onboarding and policy questions to performance management and employee relations, and you'll partner closely with People Partners across the company (including our GTM-focused partners in the US) to keep programs, policy, and practice consistent across regions.
