The Role We are looking for a highly adaptable and autonomous Business Operations Associate to join our team. This is a highly dynamic role focused on solving important operational and commercial problems across the Dealer journey. You will focus strictly on the B2B/Dealer side of our marketplace, acting as a key driver for improving our post-sale experience. You will combine strong analytical thinking with practical execution. That means identifying opportunities through data and observation, developing clear hypotheses, and then driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. The role is intentionally broad. You will work across teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and commercial functions—as well as partner third parties—to solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions. In this role, you will have consistent exposure to Leadership, including our Director of Dealer Services and our COO.
