The role A Client Services Manager at BLUE is responsible for the day-to-day management, strategic direction, commercial health and delivery of projects and campaigns to both retained and project-based clients. You will act as the principal link between our clients and the agency’s internal specialist teams (PR & Communications, Digital marketing, Brand, Creative and Insight). With your strong relationship management skills and communications expertise, you will ensure that all projects and campaigns are delivered to a high standard, protect client reputations, and align seamlessly with their overarching business objectives. Tasks Project management & delivery Become the primary point of contact for projects and campaigns, project managing multi-channel work under tight media deadlines Translate high-level strategy into projects that exceed client expectations, built on strong relationships with client communications leads Ensure all output meets brief and brand standards, coordinating reviews and approvals across internal teams and clients Evaluation & reporting Monitor and report on campaign delivery against agreed KPIs, project time, resource use and profitability Proactively flag scope creep and drive efficiencies to keep every project commercially viable Work
