Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE seeking to join a well-established law firm that can offer top quality work along with hybrid working, free on-site parking and a range of other benefits.  This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1–4 years' PQE and solid Commercial Property experience to work on a varied caseload while developing their technical expertise and client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role The successful commercial property solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters while providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include : Advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions Handling commercial property sales and acquisitions Advising landlords and tenants on lease matters and related property issues Managing commercial refinancing transactions Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Commercial Property and Company Commercial law Managing files efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from candidates who possess: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer status Between 0 and 4 years' PQE At least two years' Commercial Property experience, although more experienced candidates will also be considered Experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property transactions Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication and client care skills Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Desirable Experience The following experience would be advantageous but
