Solicitor/Legal Executive – Court of Protection | Top 200 Law Firm | Lincolnshire Location:  Flexible across Lincolnshire offices Salary:  Competitive, based on experience Hours:  Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm) Join a leading  Top 200 UK law firm  with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and a reputation for excellence in client care, legal expertise and community engagement.  Seeking a skilled and compassionate  Solicitor or Legal Executive  to join a growing  Court of Protection  team. The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Draft and submit  Deputyship Applications , liaising with the  Court of Protection Manage client files from initial enquiry through to resolution Visit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes and professionals Handle routine correspondence and maintain accurate records Oversee the general management of clients’ personal and financial affairs A  full driving licence and access to a vehicle  is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role. About You: Qualified  Solicitor or Legal Executive  with experience in  Court of Protection  work Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and safeguarding their interests Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Committed to maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and best practices Why Join?
