Due to increased staffing requirements, the school is looking to appoint several Cover Supervisors who can make an immediate positive impact in the classroom. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on work set by teaching staff. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain excellent behaviour standards, and contribute to a positive learning environment across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities Supervise classes across a range of subjects. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions. Maintain a calm, productive, and purposeful learning environment. Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies and expectations. Support students to remain on task and achieve lesson objectives. Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or a similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
