About the Job: This role is at the centre of our day-to-day customer service operations, coordinating customer requirements from initial enquiry through to job completion. You will be a key point of contact for customers, working closely with our Branch and State Managers, tyre technicians and operational teams to coordinate jobs, manage schedules, respond to changing priorities and keep customers informed throughout the process.
