You're a senior data leader who has taken a data function through genuine transformation, and who is as comfortable presenting to a CEO as you are defending a methodology to a peer. You understand what a high performing function looks like, you know how to build toward it, and you have the credibility and composure to hold your ground when the data tells a story that senior stakeholders don't want to hear. What you'll do You'll play a key role in shifting the function from a service that reports what has happened to one that drives decisions about what should happen next. You'll work closely with the Head of Data to lay the foundations for a more strategic, consultative model, building the team, the tools, and the ways of working that will continue to move Flagstone from reactive reporting to predictive, commercially driven insights.
