Data Lead Initial 12-month FTC Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, popchips, Nik Naks, and more…) With regular travel to Slough & Intersnack European sites. About the role We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned data transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Working closely with the KP Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the data migration strategy for manufacturing operational data across KP Snacks. You'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform. You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business.
