Director of Quality & Product Development - Awarding Organisation Yorkshire | Remote with visits/meetings to HQ in Yorkshire | Full-Time Permanent | up to 65k Our client is a successful and growing Awarding Organisation and End-Point Assessment Organisation seeking a Director of Quality & Product Development to lead the strategic and operational management of product development, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with significant experience within an Awarding Organisation, EPAO or regulated qualifications environment who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus gifted 3 days between Christmas and New Year, rising to 31 after 5 years service plus bank holidays, 10% pension contribution, flexible working, 55p per mile. The Role Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the development, review and quality assurance of qualifications, apprenticeship assessments and associated products, ensuring full compliance with Ofqual Conditions of Recognition and other regulatory requirements. You will oversee product design, standardisation, moderation, internal audits, centre quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, while leading and developing a high-performing team. A key part of the role will be driving innovation and identifying opportunities to utilise technology and AI to enhance quality, efficiency and product development processes. Standing in for the CEO when needed About You You will have: Significant experience in qualification, curriculum or assessment product development. Extensive knowledge of Ofqual regulations and regulated qualifications. Experience within an Awarding Organisation, EPAO or similar regulated environment.
