Role Summary As Field Marketing Manager for the Northern Europe region, you will own and execute Mistral’s field marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You’ll lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of external events, owned events, localized campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner marketing activities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on project manager who excels in a collaborative, high-growth environment. Your work will directly advance our mission: delivering frontier AI to the world’s leading organizations to solve their toughest challenges. What you will do Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for the Northern Europe region across the UK and the Nordics aligned to go-to-market objectives. Partner with regional sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into field marketing programs. Execute the plan of field programs from end-to-end across third-party conference sponsorships, Mistral-owned events (e.g., summits, roundtables, forums), account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and campaigns. Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and speaker coordination with precision. Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget aligned with field marketing objectives.
