The role You will likely join live client projects from week one, in an engineering role with real accountability. Python-first, with exposure to a wide variety of software projects, and mentorship directly from senior team members. Location: Hybrid - with at least one or two days a month working from one of our London co-working office spaces Open to: Graduates Compensation: £40,000 What you'll do Work on the same live client projects as the rest of the team, alongside engineers who'll support you. Build AI agents and data pipelines, learning the full lifecycle by shipping. Help client teams adopt and embed AI tooling. Work directly with senior leadership. What we look for Experience delivering a software engineering project - personal, academic or placement. Practical knowledge of Python and an appetite to learn quickly. A strong grounding in computer science, maths or a related STEM subject. Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in building with AI.
