You're a marketing led growth leader who gets that the best acquisition strategies don't sit in a marketing plan alone, they get built at the intersection of marketing, product, and finance. You're as comfortable briefing a campaign, testing a new landing page, or reworking how the website converts. You bring structure to ambiguity, using data and insight to work out what to prioritise and you're ready to take an ISA proposition from its infancy to becoming a significant driver of AUA. What you'll do Growth at Flagstone isn't a single campaign or a single channel, it's a squad-level discipline, and this role owns it for our highest-value customer segment. As Lead of the HNW Acquisition Squad, you'll report to your Tribe Lead and take ownership of three connected areas: our HNW proposition, our ISA growth ambitions, and the website that serves every audience.
