Head of Finance Business Partnering (Housing) 80,000 – 83,000 | Permanent | Mostly Remote | South Coast A senior housing finance role with genuine influence, a sizeable team to lead and the freedom to work predominantly remotely. We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-led organisation delivering essential services across housing and independent living. They’re now looking for a Head of Finance Business Partnering to take ownership of the financial management of a major operational division, working closely with senior leaders and leading an established finance team. What you'll do: Lead the finance team and oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior housing leaders and budget holders, providing clear insight and constructive challenge. Present financial performance and analysis to senior leadership and support key operational decisions. Oversee the finance elements of the annual service charge cycle. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the finance function.
