The Role Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide operational leadership across the full employee life cycle. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead the delivery of HR operations, employee relations, resourcing. Key responsibilities include: Leading a large team with 2 direct reports Providing expert strategic HR advice to senior leaders and executive teams. Managing and maximising the HR service delivery Overseeing complex employee relations matters and stakeholder engagement. Leading recruitment, retention and talent strategies to support organisational priorities. Using workforce data and insight to inform decision-making. Managing and developing a high-performing HR function. Commercial and able to manage significant people budget What We're Looking For This opportunity will suit an experienced and credible HR leader with a proven track record of operating in senior HR roles, ideally within large and complex organisations.You will possess: Extensive experience leading HR, people functions. Experience influencing executive teams and senior stakeholders. Outstanding employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
