 Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of turning new regulatory requirements into practical, workable processes? Do you excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining momentum and ensuring complex projects remain on track? Would you like to lead the implementation of a significant new regulatory requirement in the not for profit sector? Robertson Bell are supporting a well-established not-for-profit organisation in Kent to recruit an Interim Governance Project Manager on a nine-month, part-time contract. The successful candidate will coordinate the organisation’s implementation of new processes to support changing regulation. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing, updating and prioritising an existing detailed project plan, establishing the current position and identifying the critical path to implementation. Coordinating an established cross-functional working group and ensuring stakeholders remain accountable for agreed actions. Acting as the central liaison between the organisation’s subject-matter experts and operational teams across the business. Developing and documenting clear procedures covering the identification, triage, allocation, sign-off, escalation and recording of requests. Establishing a sustainable process for reviewing and updating information published under the new requirements. Supporting testing, internal communications, guidance, training and the transition of the new arrangements into business as usual. Producing clear progress reporting and providing assurance to senior stakeholders that the organisation is ready to meet its regulatory responsibilities. Providing project-management support across other governance-led priorities where capacity allows.
