The Role We're looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive commercial growth across acquisition, conversion and retention for our Obesity category. Numan operates at an interesting intersection of consumer product, healthcare and commerce. Growing effectively means creating experiences that convert better and retain patients for longer, while maintaining clinical safety, patient trust and the standards expected of a regulated healthcare business. This role will lead product across some of the most commercially important parts of that system, from how prospective patients understand and enter Numan, through to how we improve conversion, proposition performance, retention and long-term patient value. You'll work directly across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical and Commercial teams, turning company priorities and complex constraints into clear product choices and measurable outcomes. You'll be expected to make strong calls in an environment where opportunities move quickly, regulation changes, commercial pressure is real, and the right answer often requires balancing several competing forms of value.
