We're looking for a proactive and operationally-minded Global People Operations Manager to help shape the future of People Operations at Checkout.com . This role sits at the centre of our global People function, connecting people strategy, regional requirements and technology to ensure our operations are scalable, compliant and deliver a seamless employee experience. You'll work across every part of the People organisation, partnering with Regional People Directors, People Partners, Process Architects & Knowledge Leads, and People Technology to transform complex operational challenges into simple, effective solutions. From driving AI adoption and operational automation, to leading global audits, business continuity planning and the evolution of our People Service Desk, you'll play a key role in modernising how we operate while ensuring strong governance, security and compliance.
