Manufacturing Team Member Fixed-term contract Hellaby (Home of KP Nuts) Shift: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 rotating Join our snack-loving team We’re looking for five Team Members to join us at KP Snacks. About the role As a Team Member at KP Snacks, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that keeps our household-favourite snacks flowing from line to shelf. Working on a fast-moving production line, you’ll help make sure our products are made safely, to the right quality and on time. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail and pride in what you do really matter. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our equipment, improving how we work and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture. Running production equipment Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe Protecting quality and standards Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets KP Snacks standards Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL) Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions Finding and fixing defects Identify, log and help resolv
