[ Read our Impact Report ] | [ See our Trustpilot ] The role ⚡ 📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits Joining our newly expanded Marketing Technology & Operations team, you will unlock new capabilities for the Marketing department and CRM team using a suite of best-in-class, no-code/low-code marketing platforms and agentic AI solutions. Act as an independent platforms expert for the Marketing domain collaborating with engineering teams to steer technical solution design and co-work on implementations Roll out new platform features and enable adoption by self-service users incorporating them into new campaigns and operational processes Use agentic AI tooling to automate structured tasks and remove delivery bottlenecks Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines between marketing platforms, data sources and reporting tools Monitor and own the health of platforms: identify and mitigate risks, issues or control weaknesses, create accessible documentation, and support views of data and system reliability What we’re looking for 🌱 We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what
