Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant - Starting September 2026 Are you an Maths graduate with a passion for working with young people? Do you enjoy problem-solving, supporting others, and want to make a genuine impact in the classroom? We are looking for an enthusiastic, academically strong graduate to join the team in a school in Brent as a Maths Teaching Assistant. As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning in the Maths department across KS3-KS4 Work with pupils of varying abilities, including high achievers and those needing targeted support Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention to help students build confidence and master key concepts Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment We are looking for someone who is: A Maths graduate (or related discipline) Experienced working or volunteering with children or young people Reliable, committed, and patient, with a genuine desire to help students progress A confident communicator with strong organisational skills Passionate about education and keen to gain school-based experience - ideal if you're considering teacher training Why This Role?
