As our Maths Teacher, you'll deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire pupils to develop confidence in numeracy, overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in helping young people build the knowledge, skills and resilience they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. You may also take on the role of Form Tutor, providing pastoral support, building strong relationships with families and professionals, and helping pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons that motivate and inspire learners. Plan, prepare and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of every pupil. Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to drive achievement. Promote positive behaviour through therapeutic and restorative approaches. Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and other professionals. Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development.
