We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Installation Engineer to join our fire suppression delivery team, working on complex and safety-critical projects across the UK and internationally. This role focuses on the installation and commissioning of mechanical fire protection systems , including water-based, gas, foam, and hydrant systems , often within live or high-risk environments. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a mechanically strong engineer who values safety, quality, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install, test, commission, and hand over mechanical fire suppression systems , including: Deluge systems, Hydrant systems, Gas suppression systems, Foam suppression systems Carry out system flushing, pressure testing, flow testing, and functional testing in line with approved procedures. Diagnose and resolve installation, performance, or commissioning issues on-site. Support pre-commissioning inspections, system demonstrations, and final client acceptance testing. Ensure installations align with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
