We believe the fastest way to learn is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see the results of your work in real-time. Managing daily payment runs across our bespoke internal systems, handling both inbound and outbound transactions (Direct Debits, Open banking, Card payments, Faster payments, and bank transfers). Spotting unusual payment patterns and irregular account behaviour— applying an immediate solution while working with our tech teams on permanent system fixes. Mastering the end-to-end flow of money across our various products (including Term Loans and FlexiPay), knowing exactly how to handle and route payment exceptions. Carrying out daily operational checks and authorising internal and external transactions correctly, ensuring our data aligns perfectly to prevent any breaks between internal ledgers and bank accounts.
