Ideal Requirements for the Primary Care Representative Proven success in a customer-facing sales or account management role, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets and building lasting customer relationships. A strong understanding of the NHS and primary care landscape, with the ability to identify customer priorities and create meaningful, value-driven partnerships. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, enabling you to engage confidently with a wide range of healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Commercially minded with strong account planning and analytical skills, using customer insights and data to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. ABPI qualified (or working towards qualification) with a passion for continuous learning, strong digital skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards of compliance and professionalism.
