Through strategic discovery, compelling demonstrations and practical solution design, we help leading brands transform how they engage with their customers.</p> <p>You will join a collaborative team that values industry expertise, knowledge-sharing and a “win together” mentality.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will lead solution and technical strategy for some of Zeta’s most strategic enterprise opportunities across the UK, supporting both new customer acquisition and growth within existing customer relationships.</p> <p>With a core focus on Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), you will help enterprise brands connect their customer engagement ambitions with practical technology solutions. You will shape opportunities across the wider Zeta portfolio, including platform modernisation, migration and expansion.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Customer Growth and cross-functional teams to understand complex customer challenges, develop differentiated solution strategies and demonstrate measurable business value.</p> <p>This is a senior individual contributor role combining executive engagement with hands-on technical leadership.
