An excellent new opportunity has arisen with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bradford, who are looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of private clients, working closely with partners and senior management to deliver a first-class advisory and compliance service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the private client tax department. What is the day-to-day of the role: Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high net worth individuals, trusts, and partnerships Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services alongside compliance work Review tax returns prepared by junior staff and provide technical support and mentoring Liaise directly with clients and HMRC on complex tax matters Support business development and identify opportunities to grow the private client offering Required Skills and Qualifications: CTA and/or ATT qualified (or qualified by experience) Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and capital gains tax Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members Benefits: Flexible working arrangements Strong company pension Contribution to continued growth of the department Supportive, forward-thinking environment You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself a
