The Role We're looking for a Product and Research Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of Cartesia's Voice function - supporting voice production for customers, talent sourcing and logistics, and voice delivery for Go-To-Market and Customer Success. You'll work directly alongside our Voice Production Lead and Voice Library Lead, and provide hands-on support across their respective work-streams. Part of your time will go toward cross-functional ad-hoc operations, including supporting growth initiatives. Your Impact Voice Production & Library - Support execution of voice production runs alongside the Voice Production Lead. Over time, you'll own day-to-day production and library health reporting, take on more locales and volume, and build automations to streamline the process. Sourcing & Talent logistics - Support voice sourcing alongside the Voice Library Lead. Build the systems to source, vet, and create voices for the voice library with voice acting talent as well as vendors. Customer Voice Delivery & Enablement - Own customer-facing voice engagements end to end, driving customers to be successful w
