Understanding and managing those payments is where the real work begins. In the Financial Operations team we build the tools and infrastructure that let merchants take control of their payments: reconciling funds, monitoring performance, and automating the operations that keep everything running. We also own Global Accounts, giving merchants the ability to hold, manage and move funds across currencies and markets, a foundational capability as Primer expands into more complex, cross-border payment environments. The team spans Reconciliation, Operations Automation, Global Accounts and FX. As a Product Manager here you will own a sub-area within that: a coherent slice of the product where you own the problems, the prioritisation and the outcomes over multiple quarters. You will work day to day with a dedicated engineering team and design partner, alongside GTM, and report into the Product lead for the area. Primer is remote-first and globally distributed, and always will be. We run on written thinking, low bureaucracy and real ownership. You build it, you own it, end to end. What will you be doing?
