Hours per Week: 39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview. Day to dayyoullwork alongside the store manager to: Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. About you Bringing fresh ideas from yourpreviousexperience inretail management, ideally 1 years Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional) This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
