Summary of the role An exciting opportunity has come available for a Rewards Partner to join the People Function at Diligenta. As a Rewards Partner, you'll work closely with the Total Reward Lead to support and manage the delivery of our reward, benefits, and recognition programmes, helping to ensure colleagues feel valued, engaged, and rewarded. Working as part of a small, high-performing specialist team, you'll contribute to a range of reward initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver an effective and competitive total reward offering.
