It is a multiskilled role that requires you to be able to sell - and manage and coach the team to deliver on their individual sales targets that contribute to the overall team target.    What you will be doing:   Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives — supporting individual deal progression, building their skills, and holding each person accountable to their target Build a team environment characterised by trust, open communication, and structured accountability — where performance is tracked clearly and support is available when it's needed Own the sales executives' training programme — ensuring the team is fluent in  sales stories, the business development process, RFP and design standards, and the tools and techniques that support consistent delivery Ensure every team member has the education, training, and access to resources needed to operate independently and effectively Run weekly 30-minute progress meetings with each team member — enabling the salesperson
