About the Role We're seeking a Senior Accountant to own core financial operations across Radiant's fast-scaling platform and help build the finance function as we grow. Working closely with the Head of Group Reporting, Finance Manager and senior finance management, you'll take full ownership of AR/AP, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and entity setup - ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and timely insights that enable business decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take real ownership, mentor junior team members, and shape how financial operations scale with rapid growth.
