In this role, you will convert complex products and payment capabilities into scalable, controlled, customer-focused operations. Collaborating across Operations with various partners, you will design end-to-end workflows by translating product and regulatory requirements, establishing controls, identifying automation, and ensuring launch readiness. You will initially establish operational foundations for new digital-asset and stablecoin capabilities, collaborating across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant teams to create clear, executable processes. Design operating models: Lead end-to-end process design and redesigns for new product launches across operational functions such as Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations. Operationalise capabilities: Translate product, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls, and handoffs.
