Your new role As a Senior or Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the technical leadership and delivery of multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completion.Working closely with project leadership teams, you will lead electrical design activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help shape innovative engineering solutions for a broad portfolio of projects throughout the UK. Key responsibilities will include: Leading electrical building services design projects from inception to completion. Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Producing and reviewing technical designs, calculations, specifications, and reports. Supporting project delivery in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Chairing design and coordination meetings with project teams and external stakeholders. Utilising BIM and digital engineering tools to support project delivery. Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior engineers.
