Interim Senior Business Partner, Central London / Hybrid, ASAP start to March 2027, 32 per hour, 36 hour per week plus holiday pay Are you available immediately and looking for your next interim HR opportunity? We’re working with a high-profile, purpose-led cultural organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team on an interim basis through to March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Senior HRBP who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly and make an immediate impact. You’ll partner with senior leaders across a broad client group, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across a busy and varied People agenda. Typical responsibilities: A trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers Managing complex Employee Relations cases through to dismissal and appeal Coaching and influencing leaders to improve people management capability Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects Building strong relationships with stakeholders and trade union representatives Supporting workforce planning, talent and succession activity Using people data to inform decision-making Line managing a Junior Business Partner Ideally you’ll have: 3–5 years’ HRBP / Senior HRBP experience Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations expertise Experience managing complex ER cases Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Previous people management experience Experience supporting change, projects or organisational development Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Experience within the charity, cultural, public or Civil Service sectors would be a real advantage, as would experience in a unionised environment.
