If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. – Alicia Strait , VP of Talent, TRM Labs As an International Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for owning high-priority searches across EMEA and other global markets, with a focus on Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and broader business recruiting. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define search strategy, map regional talent markets, engage passive candidates, and drive high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision. Your success will be measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of hires across TRM’s international business functions. The impact you will have: Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions. Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and closing approach. Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent across EMEA and other global markets.
