This role is vital to expanding Flora's presence in key sectors such as bakery, desserts, soups, sauces, and beverages. By combining commercial expertise with culinary innovation, you will help manufacturers create exceptional food products that meet evolving consumer needs. Your work will directly support Flora Food Group's mission to deliver better food solutions that inspire kitchens and delight consumers. What you'll do Lead the execution of Flora Professional's growth strategy across Industry & Manufacturing sectors, identifying new commercial opportunities. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with procurement, commercial, technical, and culinary stakeholders at leading food manufacturers. Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Technical, and R&D teams to develop innovative recipes and product applications that showcase Flora's portfolio. Drive commercial excellence through negotiations, joint business planning, pricing discussions, and long-term agreements. Manage and coach a Junior Key Account Manager, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Performance You will own the commercial growth of a key business area generating over 45% gross margin in the UK channel. Your data-driven approach and commercial insight will ensure sustainable revenue growth, improved customer engagement, and operational excellence. Success will be measured by your ability to meet growth targets, secure new partnerships, and maintain strong sales performance.
