You will partner with leaders across the central group functions, helping them strengthen their teams, shape the future organisation and create the conditions for people to thrive.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Global Head of HR for Corporate Functions, the Senior People Partner will be a trusted partner to leaders across Inizio's central group functions. You will be about helping leaders make confident people decisions, strengthen capability and build teams that are ready for the future.</p> <p>You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, practical judgement and stakeholder partnership, working with leaders who are at different stages of growth, change and maturity.</p> <p>You will work with People Services and HR Centres of Expertise.
