Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality. We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling and pipelines that let the rest of engineering ship quickly and safely, and you'll be accountable for keeping all of it reliable, fast and cost-effective as we scale. What you'll do Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable. Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio. Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture. Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them. Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems
