Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality designs for our financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and champion user-centred design within the organisation. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep UX/UI expertise, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into seamless user experiences.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.</li> <li>Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution.</li> <li>Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions.</li> <li>Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.</li> <li>Design scalable UI components and contribute to our evolving design system.</li> <li>Advocate for accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles, ensuring our products serve a diverse user base.</li> <li>Create and refine micro-interactions and motion elemen
