We connect stores with surplus food to consumers across 20 markets in Europe, North America, and APAC — with over 140 million registered users, more than 200,000 daily active stores, and 600 million meals saved from going to waste.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Why This Role</strong></span></p> <p>Pricing sits at the centre of everything we do. It shapes what partners earn, what consumers pay, and how much surplus food actually gets saved. Today, pricing decisions are made in different places, for different reasons, without a single team owning the strategy end to end.</p> <p>We are changing that. We are building our first dedicated Pricing team — and you will be the founding member.</p> <p>You will start with a concrete, high-value problem: the pricing infrastructure behind our Key Account deals. That's your launchpad — from there, you will have real scope to shape our approach to dynamic pricing, consumer-facing service fees, and pricing strategy across Too Good To Go more broadly. This is a role built for someone who wants to define a domain, not just execute a brief.</p> <p>The goal behind everything we do is twofold: save as much surplus food as possible, and grow the pie between TGTG, our Partners, and our Consumers — never trading one off against the other.</p> <p>There is a further dimension to this. We are expanding beyond food into new non-food, non-perishable
