This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.</p><h2><br>What You’ll Be Doing</h2><p>You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.</p><p>Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Define Category Strategy:</strong> Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.</p></li><li><p><strong>Execute
