About the Role: The Global Revenue Programs & Events team at Kong is the engine behind our high-performance culture and sales momentum. Sitting within the Office of the CRO, this team is responsible for developing and executing world-class programs that align with field initiatives, support talent retention, and help drive revenue growth. As Kong continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Programs Manager. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Programs, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of strategic programs that span executive engagement, investor liaison, and operational excellence across the CRO organization. You will also play a key supporting role in our flagship revenue events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and 'Silverback Circle' incentive trip. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable driving long-term program strategy and rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day execution. What You'll Do: Executive & Customer Programs In partnership with the Director of Global Programs; Executive Briefing Program: Build out and manage the day-to-day operations of Kong's Executive Briefing Program, creating a best-in-class experience for strategic customer and prospect engagements. Executive Sponsorship Program: Develop and manage a structured Executive Sponsorship Program that aligns senior Kong leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue.
