Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to support the development of the European region by providing technical expertise and experience to the team, customers, and partners. In this role, you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate. You will also rapidly identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Responsibilities Customer Oriented: Conduct key customer meetings with Sales Executives, offering technical expertise and support on the product roadmap. Define vision and strategy for CRM and BPM opportunities, designing/configuring custom demos, presentations, training, and supportive materials. Deliver product demonstrations to key accounts, tailored to match customer expectations and needs. Assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients. Design and deliver high-quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers. Represent products to customers and at field events such as conferences, summits, seminars, etc. Partner Oriented: Communicate the company vision to key prospect partners, aiding in their understanding of our
