Operating as a true talent advisor, you will own hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design (EP&D) for the Consumer portfolio, scaling the technical teams responsible for turning SumUp into a leading financial services platform.</p> <h3><strong>What you'll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead the full-cycle hiring journey for complex roles across Engineering, Product, Design, Data and some commerical role for the Consumer tribe, maintaining a consistently high talent bar as we scale.</li> <li>Build trusted, embedded relationships with Consumer leadership. You’ll serve as a proactive advisor rather than a reactive coordinator - running regular hiring cadences, maintaining pipeline visibility, and providing market-led recommendations on role prioritization.</li> &l
