Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. About the Role We are seeking a Solutions Director to act as a senior implementation leader within our Solution Consulting organization. While our Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects guide customers through day-to-day deployments, the Solutions Director steps in as the strategic anchor for our largest, most complex, and highest-stakes enterprise implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for three core pillars: Executive Oversight of Complex Deployments: Taking ownership of implementation success for strategic, global, and highly complex customer deployments (multi-entity, multi-ERP integrations, complex change management). Team Strategy & Process Scalability: Re-architecting and refining our implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery playbooks to support hyper-growth.
