As Toast continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to help us continue to grow internationally expanding into mid - market and enterprise accounts.</p> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <p><strong>Hybrid, London-based — with some travel to customer sites as needed.</strong></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>About this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist Sales teams in presenting the Toast product and platform to prospects and be able to demonstrate the value of a complete solution to each buying persona</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert on Toast products with complete knowledge of the technologies, application software, and integrated partners, and future product roadmap</li> <li>Work closely with Sales Enablement regionally to provide training and product expertise</li> <li>Communicate with Toast product teams to clearly communicate gaps in product/market fit to drive strategic investments</li> <li>Attend trade shows and other events as a Toast brand ambassador</li> <li>Must have ability to work closely with Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams</li> <li>Drive cross functional collaboration across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery</li> <li>Use restaurant industry knowledge / experience
