Supply Chain Administrator Accrington | 26452 About the role We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team and help keep things moving behind the scenes at Bensons for Beds. From processing purchase orders and keeping on top of deliveries, to working with suppliers and our warehouse teams, you’ll play an important part in making sure the right stock gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. This is a great role for someone who’s organised, enjoys keeping things running smoothly and doesn’t mind getting stuck in when something needs sorting. You’ll work with a range of teams across the business, so no two days will necessarily look the same. What you’ll be doing Processing and coordinating daily purchase orders, shipments and deliveries, making sure everything is accurate and on time. Keeping our supply chain records up to date, including stock levels, supplier details and procurement information. Working closely with suppliers, couriers, warehouse teams and colleagues across the business to track orders and resolve any issues. Monitoring stock movements and investigating any discrepancies to help keep our inventory accurate. Supporting with supply chain and logistics reports, using data to help the team understand what’s happening and where we can improve. Getting involved in process improvements and looking for ways we can make things simpler, quicker and more efficient. Making sure supply chain activity follows our company processes, health and safety requirements and relevant regulations. Providing general admin support to the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, including data entry and keeping documentation organised. What we’re looking for You don’t need to know everything about supply chain from day one. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.
